Hi all, I'm Pierre Lindenbaum and I work as a bioinformatician at Integragen (http://www.integragen.com geo:long=48.617818 geo:lat=2.449608) where I'm in charge of collecting/managing data ( CGH, genotyping, genome mapping, pedigrees, phenotypes,etc...) in order to compile "linkage" files used for haplotype discovery. I'm interested in semantic web because I am persuaded that it will soon be integrated in many (including mine !) bioinformatics projects. Nevertheless I always have problem with learning Jena and how to retrieve information within a huge amount of RDF statements... but I keep learning ;-) I have a Ph.D. in virology from INRA (http://www.vms.cnrs-gif.fr/research/vm4.html) and I worked as a Post-Doc at CNG (http://www.cng.fr) before my current position. As I am also interested in the social networks, you can learn more about me on connotea (http://www.connotea.org/user/lindenb), www.linkedin.com, www.openbc.com, www.academici.com ... Best Regards Pierre
