Hi Second Screen WG participants, Many of you have already re-joined the Second Screen WG, thank you! A clarification to my earlier instructions to those few who have not yet re-joined successfully: 1) Navigate to https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/secondscreen/participants 2) Next, login. You *must be logged in* to see your current status. Click the top right corner “Login” button or if on mobile click the “hamburger menu button” in top right, then “Login”. Use your W3C Account. 3) Once you’re logged in, scroll to your name and if you see the yellow exclamation mark yelling at you, you want to immediately ping your AC rep to re-join you to get back to good standing. You’ll find your AC rep contact details from https://www.w3.org/Member/ACList (behind a W3C Account login). 4) Done! Congratulate yourself for the job well done. You have until 8 May 2022 to complete these steps to rejoin the group formally. Thank you for your continued support and participation. As usual, if there are issues, let us know. We’ll sort them out. Thanks, -Anssi (Second Screen WG co-chair) On 8. The mission of the Second Screen Working Group is to provide specifications that enable web pages to use secondary screens and presentation displays to display web content. Please use the following form to join or re-join the group. The form will also instruct you how to nominate participants: https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/secondscreen/join If your organization is currently in the group, please note that you will need to have it re-join the group as the scope was extended to cover the new Multi-Screen Window Placement API deliverable. This Call for Participation triggers the start of the 45 days grace period. See: https://www.w3.org/2003/12/22-pp-faq.html#recharter Please consider diversity when proposing people to participate in W3C groups. Representation from a wider group of people, especially people from under-represented groups, is vital for creating web standards that meet the needs of the wider web community. The Working Group chairs are Louay Bassbouss (Fraunhofer Gesellschaft) and Anssi Kostiainen (Intel). Team contact will be François Daoust (for 0.10 FTE).
