SOSA update telecon times

Hi all,

This Thursday (16th) I will have another commitment.

Also clocks have moved forward for Simon and I making the current time-slot
particularly unfriendly (12am)

I think if we move it forward one hour this becomes untenable for the
American West Coast (5am) - but do we have any participants in this time
zone?

The alternative is moving this to an evening EU time.  10pm CET is 7am here
- would this be acceptable?
