Re: SOSA update telecon times

Hi Rob,

we just investigated the tri-continental options for the STA-SWG, 
basically came to the same conclusion, with one caveat: at present, we 
have an odd 9hr time difference between EU and Australia (usually it's 
either 8 or 10 depending on the season), this should be back to 10hrs 
after the weekend of Oktober 29th, offering us the adjusted version of 
the proposed evening slot (a bit better for Europeans):

  * Washington DC: 15:00
  * Calgary: 13:00
  * Vienna: 21:00
  * Melbourne: 7:00 (next day)

To my view, this would work, as next call would be on Nov 2nd.
