[webvmt] Status Update

1. Progress Made
    i. Published WebVMT W3C Group Note [1] through Spatial Data on the Web on 19 September 2023. Many thanks to all involved.
    ii. Continued participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [2] activity to integrate geo-aligned video with HTML using WebVMT and address road network use cases.

2. Next Steps
    i. Continue participation in OGC Testbed-19 Geospatial In Space [2] activity to analyse road network use cases.
    ii. Continue alignment discussions with OGC GeoPose SWG [3].
    iii. Continue participation in WICG DataCue [4].
    iv. Continue community outreach and identify more activities to promote progress towards the standardisation track.
