RE: First Public Working Draft of Overview of CoverageJSON format document published

Francois, Jon and colleagues,

Having just read this off line, I have a list of comments and suggestions, below.

Apologies for not being very GitHub literate.

3.2 "difference CRSs" -> "different CRSs"

Suggestions:

6.3 "TimeseriesML" -> "OGC TimeseriesML"

1. add third bullet: "refer to both Spatial Data on the Web and Data  on the Web Best Practices.

2.1 Note: add after "raster data" "or even more specifically as imagery"

2.3 Para 1 add at the end: "It has been informed also by the Data on the Web Best Practices [DW-BP ref]."

2.3 5th Bullet how about adding at end of sentence: "or even tensor values (e.g. wind stress)."

2.3 6th bullet please expand on "idiomatic" in Noddy/Mickey Mouse English for IT laggards.

3.2 Note please consider adding: "Some RDF Date Cube dimensions may be categorical or enumerated types rather than potentially continuous dimensions." 

3.3 Support for large datasets please add some more explanatory text. I suggest after the image add something like: "This is a 3 dimensional data set with dimensions (x, y, t) divided into two dimensional tiles for each t value: 4 along the X axis, 2 along the y axis and 3 along the t axis." 

3.7 Extensions Points I suggest adding an example to all the bullet points. I do not have specific suggestions - perhaps Jon can give some that he has considered?

6.1 NetCDF Note perhaps should indicate the version of NetCDF/classic data model etc?

6.2 third bullet replace "most recent version of CIS" with "CIS Version 1.1" as in Para 2.2

7. In my paper copy, the first row of the requirement table is followed by "How CoverageJSON relates... Document", rather than the last row 3 pages further on.

7 Table entry 2 "OGC 09-146r2" -> "OGC 09-146r6". R2 is currently at https://portal.opengeospatial.org/files/?artifact_id=48553  whereas R6 is at https://portal.opengeospatial.org/files/?artifact_id=72392&version=1 

8 Mention both SDW BP and DWBP.
