Re: [BP] Progress of the Best Practice

Hi.

I've now incorporated the final planned updates for this sprint.

BP6 and BP7 now take account of discussions at the London F2F; some of the
text from BP7 has now found its way to BP14 (linking) and to §12.5.2
(publishing data with clear semantics).

IMHO, BP14 still needs more work; let's try to get that done in the next
sprint.

But for now, I'm done. No more changes from me before the vote to release
another WD.
