[sdw] namespaces https or http?

For the purpose of ssn, could you please confirm/deny that we should now publish as https namespaces? I might have got this wrong in a last revision of ssn  just before the meeting.
I think https is the right one, and http should no longer be used?

I suppose this needs to be applied to  owl:time too? And any other new vocab work we are doing?
