I thought about LOV, but it doesn't help in knowing which ontology refers
to a specific concept with a specific URI, or at least not directly.

You can find the ontologies that refer to SSN
( = outgoing links for example in
http://lov.okfn.org/dataset/lov/vocabs/ssn )

but you cannot find the ontologies that refer to a specific concept of SSN
for instance ssn:Device.

On the other hand, one may parse each of the ontologies listed in the
"incoming links", and check which one of these explicitly refer to
ssn:Device.
