Dear Working Group member, The TPAC meeting is just one week away now. I would like to inform you of the current status of our UC&R deliverable. Discussion of the UC&R is the first item on the agenda <https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/wiki/Meetings:F2F4>. You can use this week to read a stable version of the document to prepare for the meeting, or just to see how things are going, if will not be at the Lisbon meeting. This is a link to the editor's draft <http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html>, which is the current state of the document and the version that will be discussed at the TPAC meeting. There have been a quite a few changes between the second public working draft and the current version that is underway to soon become the third public working draft. The change log <http://w3c.github.io/sdw/UseCases/SDWUseCasesAndRequirements.html#SPWD-TPWD> lists the main changes. There are still some open issues that could lead to changes in the document. Those issues can be viewed in the Use Cases and Requirements page of our tracker <https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track/products/1>. As ever, your help with resolving open issues is very welcome. Regards, Frans
