BP- mapping requirements to sensor data theme

I had a go at the mapping task for this theme -- I found it difficult to distinguish what really needed to be in best practice and what
should be left to SSN . In the UCR some use cases were attached to SSN  but probably should be BP, or were attached to BP but  probably should be SSN's problem, or were very evident in the BP  "narrative" but seemed to me to be not about BP but about SSN.
