Hello, This thread is about UCR issue 24 <https://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track/issues/24>: clarification of the SSN lightweight API requirement, which currently reads *"A lightweight API is needed for implementation on Internet of Things (IoT) devices"* The general issue is that the description is not clear enough yet. Questions that can be asked are: 1. If this requirement is only about the IoT, shouldn't this be reflected in the title? For example, change "lightweight API" to "lightweight IoT API" 2. Exactly what needs to be implemented? What should the API make possible? Does this requirement want a new API? Or adaptation of existing API's? If so, which existing API's should be adapted? 3. Is this asking for a subset of SSN (a profile) that can be implemented on IoT devices? As ever, please share your thoughts on this matter and do make suggestions on how we can resolve the issue. Regards, Frans
