Thanks Josh,

If we can describe the 'spatialness' of a requirement then it is clear it
is in scope. I think it would help to have examples of aspects of
provenance that are of a spatiotemporal nature and that are not (well)
covered by current solutions like the Provenance Ontology
<http://www.w3.org/TR/prov-o/>.
