You're right, Linda.

I'll add a pointer from each requirement to the relevant use cases.

Actually, I haven't done this already because the current list
reflects only my personal understanding of the requirements,
identified going through the minutes and recalling our discussion. But
if the WG is happy with this, I'll go ahead.
