RE: [2015-03-14] Minutes

The is no intention to exclude any technology at this point, the lightening
talks in Barcelona are to give an overview of technologies that have been
mentioned including those in the charter which not everyone is familiar
with.

Jeremy is very welcome to add a 5 min talk on OWL time..
