[Minutes] 2015-05-27

As those who were on the call will know, we had problems with the IRC on
last week's call (all to do with certificates being updated Grr..).

So we only have the IRC log [1], not the processed version. Reading
through I note the following:

The meeting was about getting the UCR doc to First Public Working Draft.

The aim is to vote on such a transition during the meeting on 3 June.

Linking to Issues in Tracker
===========================

Jeremy has an action to identify how to link to issues in the tracker
from a document.
http://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track/actions/47

(The answer is:

<div class="issue">

   Blah blah
   This is <a
href="http://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track/issues/15">Issue 15</a>

</div>

ReSpec will take care of the rest. I have closed action-47 as a result.

Issue -Raising
==============
There was a discussion about the process of raising issues, what the
different levels mean.

Multilingual annotations in vocabs
==================================

Issue-9 was discussed at length http://www.w3.org/2015/spatial/track
/issues/9

"Is the multilinguality requirement in scope?"

Ultimately it was resolved and closed:

RESOLVED: Resolve ISSUE 9 with text "All vocabularies that will be
developed or revised should have annotation in multiple languages."

Further comments on the UCR
===========================
Alejandro noted that lots of comments have been added to the
requirements spreadhseet - he and Frans will work through those.

OGC TC
======
The Group noted that the OGC is meeting in Boulder next week. Ed was
given the action to report back from that.

Multiple formats
================
Andrea took an action to create an issue around the support for multiple
formats.
