New GeoJSON draft published

hello SDW WG.

https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-geojson-01 is where a new version 
of the GeoJSON draft just has been published. while the IETF development 
is relatively recent, the format itself has been around for years, is 
widely used on the web, and is probably one of the most significant 
spatial data formats in use on the web today.

we expect this draft to be in last call relatively soon, meaning that it 
will transition to RFC status withing the next few months. expecting 
last call very soon, we are now soliciting feedback from current and 
future users. the SDW WG would be a great position to review the draft, 
and possibly provide feedback to the GeoJSON WG.

ideally, feedback of any kind should be raised as github issues, which 
is the way the GeoJSON WG has tracked its development of the draft:
