Spatial Data on the Web Best Practices Hello, I am not an expert and this may be off-topic. But I am a close follower of GIS and things semantic. I was a bit surprised to see no mention of ISO 19115 in the Spatial Data on the Web Best Practices (https://www.w3.org/TR/sdw-bp/) document. On the other hand, mention is made of ISO 19107. ISO 19115 I believe has some currency. We have 19 references to its use in the oil and gas industry in our publication Oil IT Journal. These date back to 2003. We have only come across ISO 19107 once in a rather oblique reference. Another comment - there is no mention of the semantic web. Has this to all intents and purposes been replaced by "Linked Data?" Is this just a buzzword swap or has something more substantial happened? I ask because the 'payload' of the Spatial Data on the Web Best Practices document appears to be relations mapped in "OWL, SKOS, RDFS" which to the casual observer sounds like the semantic web.
