Sorry for the lag here.  Cameron was on vacation for several weeks and 
just got back, and I've been busy with some things as well.

Unfortunately, Cameron is also going to be pretty busy for the next 
several weeks.  :(

He's going to try to split up the v1 issues between the two of us and 
then we'll work on getting them addressed.  I'm not sure what the 
timeframe is on that, unfortunately.
