Medical Spas are quite a bit different from a Day Spa, in that they offer true medical procedures supervised by licensed medical practitioners. They are also different from Medical Clinics in that they provide a much more relaxed atmosphere and offer complimenting, electoral procedures in a single day instead of the "one off" focus of a Medical Clinic. >From a perspective of consumers attempting to discover local businesses, I would definitely consider a Medical Spa different from a Medical Clinic and Day Spa, but from a perspective of Schema, I support Mark's approach to defining the business with multiple Types as it more clearly communicates the categories in which the entity fits.
