Hi there, What would be the difference between Spa/DaySpa/and your suggested "Medical Spa"? I am afraid I do not support the use of "MedicalSpa" as the "Spa" is not a real medical procedure and it's not recognized as a medical treatment thus not a medical clinic. We have already a nice modelling of such types under Thing > Organization > LocalBusiness > HealthAndBeautyBusiness > DaySpa Thing > Place > LocalBusiness > HealthAndBeautyBusiness > DaySpa The DaySpa (existing already) is enough, from my end I would not create additional Type. Also do not mix up with "Physician" which definition will be improved as Physician Office and physician as a person.
