Defining time - the quantum state (mental state)

there's a concept described here[1] that describes different aspects to how
one denotes 'time' (which i think, implicitly links to the concept of
'kindness'); therein, quantum states, temporal state, mental state, et.al...

not sure yet how to ontologically define it - but FYI...  so, i'm not
putting others at a deficit whilst thinking about how its better / proper
representation should be defined...
