Re - 3 - Yup, although, that Balance between "moral grammar" vs. "multiple
universes" & Stuff like:

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-021-22539-9

Whereby the deployment methods are ontological and the "quantum
processors", happen to be built into "natural world" agents... as we
wander into a phase that'll speak alot about "climate change", but perhaps
not so much about sustainability...
Coherence is important. ;)

Overall, energy efficiency (productivity / yeild) vs. Tech. Debt.

Gets complicated,. Yet I am convinced work does indeed need to be done...
And, I'm thoughtful about the areas where I feel as though there's been
failures in past? How to mitigate potential issues in new ways, etc.

I am encouraged by what appears to be enough engagement to justify a
hypothesis that there's merit in seeking to get something meaningful done
in this area.

Which I think, is a positive step forward...

I hesitate to post long media links, certainly I can't review everything
people send me,. It kissenger, when considering current affairs (& AI) made
this note about "common legitimacy"
https://youtu.be/dpNsr54hwFY

Which is a bit like trying to understand how people felt when they needed
to get a trolley load of toilet paper, and fight to get it; whilst also
thinking about how the person who found themselves in a spot of bother for
not being able to find any toilet paper felt as a consequence; linked to
healthcare, fear & immune interactive behaviours / bio-interactive science,
and moreover,

It's like tethics vs. ethics...

IMO; Peace needs productivity in liberalised democracies to radically
advance, very quickly. But if we revoke support for heritage / history /
provenance research, then the impending elevation from grey warfare to
something else, it's already over.

Can't support rule of law, courts of law, evidence dependent social systems
including but not limited to liberalised democracies or appropriate risk
mitigation for healthy financial / economic systems; without reality check
tech / science...

Which is therefore about agency / permissions systems & ways to protect
mandate / test assumptions, rather than more data or, IMO, new tech
requiring new patent pool approvals / manipulations, distortions.
Discoveries vs. inventions.

Best.
