RE: Revised draft of Ethical Principles for Web Machine Learning

I should add that the version of the document maintained on GitHub is considerably expanded and further developed compared with the earlier draft circulated a few weeks ago.
Those who read the earlier draft should nevertheless find the latest version worth reading as well.
