[CAPTCHA] editorial corrections merged

Dear colleagues,
A Pull Request submitted to the APA repository corrected some editorial errors and inconsistencies in the CAPTCHA document related to the references to Google’s reCAPTCHA.

I have migrated this change to the new repository for CAPTCHA:
https://github.com/w3c/captcha-accessibility/

and it now appears on the main branch.

A separate Pull Request in the APA Repository, #224, sought to address some of the same issues. This I have now closed, with an explanation to the submitter.
