Colleagues:
This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the Accessible Platform
Architectures (APA) Working Group proposing returning our existing
Working Group Note, "Inaccessibility of CAPTCHA" to a First Public Working
Draft (FPWD) publication for further development and eventual elevation
to W3C Statement status as provided for by the W3C Process 2021:

***Proposed Process***
Approval of this CfC will:
1.) Publish the current Note as a new FPWD, requesting wide review;
2.) Assign further development of this Note to our Research Questions Task Force
(RQTF), with our explicit authorization to publish updated Working Drafts of this note as
RQTF may see fit until;
3.) RQTF returns a completed Note Draft to APA for CfC approval to
publish an updated APA Working Group Note and;
4.) Elevation to W3C for publication as a W3C Statement as provided
for in Sec. 6.4.3 of Process 2021:

***Action to Take***
This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of
support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though
messages of support are certainly welcome.
If you object to this proposed action, or have comments concerning this

than 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time, Wednesday 17 November.
