He raised the aspect of "reliability" for people with disabilities. That is, people with disabilities may need to depend to a higher degree on IoT systems and applications, so that the failure of these would potentially result in higher disadvantaging of people with disabilities. I think "reliability" should be added to our list of accessibility concerns for WoT (besides interoperability and security etc).
