Outline of document to contain findings on CAPTCHA has been created

Dear colleagues,

I've created a new HTML document in our repository on GitHub. It currently contains brief notes on some of the issues we could discuss as suggestions for updating various sections of the current (2005) Working Group Note on CAPTCHA. This outline needs to be filled in with details and references to the literature that we've read and discussed at meetings.

The HTML document urgently needs to be brought into conformance with W3C style guidelines. Assistance with the style guidelines would be appreciated, as I haven't worked on this kind of editing for a long time.

You can obtain it from the Git repository. See the GitHub page at http://www.github.com/w3c/rqtf/

I have also created a gh-pages branch. On GitHub, any files placed in this branch are automatically served to the w3c.github.io/rqtf site. That is, you can access the rendered HTML of the document at
http://w3c.github.io/rqtf/captcha-notes.html

I look forward to discussing the details at the meeting tomorrow.

Regards,

Jason.
