Core identification feature added to IBM Websphere ILOG JRules RIF-PRD implementation

We have added, to our prototype implementation of RIF-PRD for  IBM 
Websphere ILOG JRules [1], a simple feature that notifies the user when a 
RIF-PRD document is also a RIF-Core document (simply checking if the 
processed document contains a binding pattern, a negation a subclass 
formula or an action block in the form of a Do).

The feature has been successfully tested for all the PRD testcases for 
which a RIF/XML file is available, and on about half the Core testcases 
(at least one in each category).
