Regrets for TeleConf 17/02/2009

I cannot participate in the 17/02 teleconf as I'll be on vacation.
Sorry for having completed my actions only now, hope we can discuss them 
  per mail in sufficient manner such that you can resolve/discuss some 
of the open issues on DTB/Core(safety) also without me.

I solicit comments per mail to my last two messages [1,2] which I can 
still answer by Friday.
