Dear fellow WG members, Paula and I gave a 2 hours tutorial on "Rule interchchange on the Web" at the Reasoning Web summer school in Dresden last Friday. You might find the slides [1] and article which Harold and Michael co-authored [2] interesting to read and maybe partly reusable if asked to present something about the current status of the working group. (Upon request, I can send you the sources for the slides) The Reasoning Web summer school (http://reasoningweb.org/2007/) is organized by REWERSE (http://www.rewerse.net/) and mainly tailored for students working in Semantic Web research, so the focus/bias of the presentation is in this direction, but I think we covered most of the WG's interests. I'd kindly ask you for feedback on those slides, especially if you think that some of the presented issues which are marked as "under discussion/construction" would require changes for the web-published version of the slides. Thanks and best regards, Axel & Paula 1. http://www.polleres.net/teaching/slides-rif-rw2007.pdf 2. http://www.polleres.net/publications/bole-etal-2007.pdf -- Dr. Axel Polleres email: axel@polleres.net url: http://www.polleres.net/
