On Tuesday's telecon, we will be talking about these things:

1) Last call for issues to impact next UCR WD and plan forward
2) RIFRAF representation (e.g. OWL?)
3) Moving from Condition language -> RIF Core
    a) XML syntax
    b) semantics

Please be prepared to discuss these topics.
