(RIF)(UCR) 2nd WD UCR

All,

The version of the UCR 2nd WD that is up for review (1) is correct, except for some diagram (see list in (2)) in the CSF section that have not been updated yet (they will be Monday at the latest).

It means that, where the text and the diagram disagree, if the case is listed in David's email, the text is rght and the diagram is wrong. If it is not listed, please, report the problem.
