Presentation from 8jun06 attached (apologies to Alex for not sending it before the presn!). There is an implicit action from this, suggested by Christian, on the PRR Team, but based on RIF etc interest and input. This is to decide whether PRR should be split into a General Rule Representation + Production Rule Representation. - a General Rule Representation (GRR) would allow other rule types to be added more easily, for example by changing the model so that a general/generic rule is defined as including a conditional part (body) and consequence part (head) ... - PRR is then derived from GRR, as are any other rule types of use to OMG - PRR OCL is an OMG-specific variant of PRR that explicitly specifies an expression language (a development of OCL based on the extensions done for XVT to allow behaviours in rules).
