[RIFRAF] Action items on questionnaire addressed

Dear all,

since I will be with limited mail/web access for the next week and have 
to miss the next RIF conf, I summarize below which points for the 
questionnaire are already addressed, together with a list of open issues:


- Question 3.1: resolved like proposed by Markus/Francois:
     ACTION MarkusK Write email with solution to 3.1 & 3.2 on
            the questionaire
      JeffP
- Question 1.7 added, this resolves:
     ACTION: Axel to add to questionnaire question whether the
             language has means to access data in Web formats
             such as HTML, XML, RDF, OWL data.

- Question added in the end of the questionnaire to resolve:
  ACTIOIN Axel to add box to suggest more discriminators.


Open issues which have to wait (unless someone else wants to update the 
questionnaire):

- ACTION FrankMcCable will proposed a list of type capbailities as a 
discriminator

- ACTION Axel (and Sandro) to fix questionarie so that it can be 
duplicated for different languages.

Sandro, could you write a mail to the responsible person in W3C, whether 
  there are any ideas about this? As mentioned in the teleconf, copying 
the questionnaire might not be a proper solution, as we want to 
propagate changes not for each copy separately, right?

-  ACTION Axel add 'no answer' to each question
This is a bit time consuming, since not for all questions it is possible 
to add checkboxes... in this case we need to change the questionnaire to 
only checkbox questions.
