RIF WG, For Tuesday's RIF telecon, we plan to discuss the RIFRAF. It shoudl be a shorter-than-usual telecon. To prepare for the telecon, please: Go over the RIFRAF population questionnaire and try to populate it for your own favorite rules language [http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/38457/RAFQuestionnaire/] At the last f2f, we "moved to RIFRAF" a number of requirements originally in the requirements lists. The purpose of this was to break down these requirements into specific features or discriminators in RIFRAF. Please read Paula's review of these requirements [http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rif-wg/2006Jul/0027.html]. The work of "breaking down" these proposed requirements into features is expected to be done by the proposers of the original requirements. To see an example of turning these original requirements into RIFRAF discriminators, see Paula's proposal [http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rif-wg/2006Jul/0039.html] for events and actions. This proposal will be discussed during the telecon, along with any other proposals sent to the list by Monday. We need to decide by August 8th whether to cancel the August 15th telecon. Please post regrets to the 15 Aug meeting page ASAP [http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/2006-08-15_Meeting] if you do not plan to attend that meeting. Finally, we are still awaiting proposals to host the 6th f2f meeting, some time in February or March. Please let the chairs know if you are interested in hosting. -CC&S -- Dr. Christopher A.
