[UCR] Response to straw poll comments on Information Integration

There were a number of comments about the Information Integration  
aspect of the use case; many complaining that the examples did not  
seem to drive the requirement for rules interchange.

I have replaced the examples with a single example, based on business  
processes. I believe that the requirement for rule interchange is  
quite strong in this case - both at design time and at run-time. Not  
sure if the example stays inside the information integration domain...
