Here is the overall agenda for the F2F meeting in Cannes:
Monday 27 February-Tuesday 28 February, 8am-6pm

     * Use Cases
           o Review and finalize use cases section of the UC&R WD
     * Design Goals
           o Presentation and discussion of different approaches
           o Discussion of likely/possible design goals
           o Find consensus on design goals (or formalize issues where 
no consensus can be found)
     * Technical Spec kick-off
           o Phase 1 VS phase 2 discussion
           o Discuss/agree on phase 1 requirements
           o Organize/kick-off work on technical spec
     * AOB
           o Next F2F meetings

Watch for the coming messages asking for presentations: we will release 
a detailled agenda later, based on the responses to these calls, as well 
as on your feedback on this draft.
