One scenario I've been curious about is the rerendering of SVG on window
resize events when using media queries within an SVG
<http://timkadlec.com/2013/04/media-queries-within-svg/>. I'm not talking
about the window thrashing that developers do, but even a simple tablet

I'm curious if there are workarounds for this already (or if I'm doing
something wrong in the first place), but this seems like the place to
address this issue. Perhaps support for this could be improved?

I talk about this phenomenon with an example here: http://xiw.cx/1qCwefG
