One scenario I've been curious about is the rerendering of SVG on window resize events when using media queries within an SVG <http://timkadlec.com/2013/04/media-queries-within-svg/>. I'm not talking about the window thrashing that developers do, but even a simple tablet rotation. I'm curious if there are workarounds for this already (or if I'm doing something wrong in the first place), but this seems like the place to address this issue. Perhaps support for this could be improved? I talk about this phenomenon with an example here: http://xiw.cx/1qCwefG On Mon, Nov 10, 2014 at 8:48 PM, Bogdan Brinza <bbrinza@microsoft.com> wrote: > Hello RespImg CG! > > > > We’ve recently brought to SVG WG attention few scenarios we believe are > important to have SVG as first class format for cross-platform, cross > device image asset format - > https://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/wiki/Proposals/SVG_hinting > > > > With this I would like to ask this group feedback on the scenarios and > requirements we’re trying to address and any other feedback on this problem > area.
