OpenAPI specification for Recon API

Hi team,

I've been working slowly on improving the openapi.yaml
<https://github.com/reconciliation-api/specs/pull/172/files> file in the
`openapi` branch where I've been slowly adding more schema, inline
references, and valid examples.

I'd like others to provide some feedback as I continue progress.
Currently, not all responses are mapped to fully valid schema, but I'm
slowly adding those as well!
