Hello all,

I had an incidental look at D2Refine
(https://github.com/caCDE-QA/D2Refine), a fork of OpenRefine, and they
mention that they integrate "Common Terminology Services 2" as
reconciliation services in OpenRefine.

That sounds like something we should be aware of in this group. I have
not had a close look yet at the spec, but I am adding it to the Census
to keep track of it.
