Hi!
Would you like to have a session on Wikidata Reconciliation at
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Events/Data_Quality_Days_2021 ?
Avoiding duplicates is the very first step when contributing new data, and
is a cornerstone for data quality.
The schedule is pretty lax (a whole week between 8 and 15 Sep), and
sessions are from 30 to 60 minutes.
We can propose at https://etherpad.wikimedia.org/p/DataQualityDays2021.

We at Ontotext created a new WD recon service based on RDF and
Elasticsearch, which is much faster than the original.
However, it works on a limited set of types (persons, organizations,
locations) and exposes only a few additional properties.
Antonin, it would be nice to compare and contrast to the original WD Recon.

Cheers!
