Fabian Steeg joins in as chair of the CG

Hi all,

It is my pleasure to announce that Fabian Steeg has accepted to step in
as co-chair of the community group! Thank you Fabian!

Fabian is part of team behind lobid, who run among others a
reconciliation service for the German Integrated Authority File (GND),
and has been involved in our group in many ways, most recently as an
advocate in the SWIB20 conference.

Looking forward to facilitating the group's work with you, Fabian!
