I have addressed all known editorial comments for the HTML+RDFa 1.1 specification and prepared a Proposed Recommendation draft here: http://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/drafts/2013/PR-html-rdfa-20130625/ There is only one item related to the draft that we need to discuss (additional RDFa Processing Rule #8). We have passed the plan on dealing with the two non-normative features by W3C Management and there seems to be agreement on the approach.
