'license' term?

Shane just reminded me that we agreed to define the term 'license' as

http://creativecommons.org/ns#license

rather than in the XHTML namespace.

However, that affects some tests: #75, #76, #77, #134, #190, #239, #231, #234 

Unfortunately, for all those we have to duplicate the tests, because the RDFa 1.0 version must stay as is.

Did we indeed have an agreement on the license term? If so, that we have to make these changes...
