Thanks Manu, there seems to be a partial consensus.  As the nominal 'chair'
of the RWW (even tho it's a flat structure) I can certainly say I'll make
some effort in making this happen.

*Above is a list of participants.  We're fortunate enough to have timbl,
ivan, nathan and niklas already in the group and we are definitely active
and keep to contribute maturity of new specs.  There are others that can
help and I suspect it's going to be something useful to our group effort.
I've spoken to Nathan too, and he's going to have time to progress this.

I normally blog a monthly update about activity on the last day of a given
month.  I understand it's something that needs to be considered.  It would
be awesome if we could get a tentative consensus going, and I can send out
some notes to try to get more people interested in this work.
