Manu, per http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa-wg/2011Sep/0070.html we do not need a charter change due to @src. We will have to discuss beating the bushes at last call to draw the attention of the community on this change and to see if anyone strongly objects, but we do not have to go through the administration of re-chartering...
