Using /profile/ is a +1 from me. I suggest the following final profile
URIs, for the sake of consistency:

http://www.w3.org/profile/rdfa-1.1
http://www.w3.org/profile/html-rdfa-1.1

Mostly because the documents that we've been publishing use hyphens for
separation between words/technologies/dates:

http://www.w3.org/TR/rdfa-core/
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-rdfa/
http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/WD-xhtml-rdfa-20101109/
http://www.w3.org/TR/rdfa-in-html/
