I've updated the RDF 1.1 Test Cases document [1] initially created by Markus. In addition to referencing the test suite directories and implementation reports, I've referenced the SPARQL 1.1 Test Cases document, which is the basis for the test manifests we use, and incorporated explanatory information for running the tests from the Wiki and READMEs, so this document should describe everything necessary for an implementor wishing to run the various test suites.
