Unfortunately the references are still case-sensitive (I filed a bug report
a couple of months ago [1], feel free to weigh in). I fixed this by adding
an uppercased alias in the local bibliography db. I already fixed the
reference in Semantics.

It's SPARQL11-ENTAILMENT - already fixed.
